Our furniture rental terms are simple and straightforward:
- Monthly rental fee of 18% an item's current list price
- Bi-weekly rental fee of 12% an item's current list price
- One-time logistics fee of $69, $109 or $169 based on zip code (includes delivery and pickup) per truck
- One-time restocking fee of $9 per item rented
- First month rent and fees due before delivery; additional monthly fees charged at start of new monthly period
- All rentals must be completed by a registered real estate agent, established interior designer or established home stager
